We believe that bread should be simple. Our sourdough is made with starter, water, whole wheat & all-purpose flour, and salt - that's it.

We start with 20-year-old starter. Sourdough starter acts a natural preservative, helping your bread to last without adding anything artificial.

Pre-feed it, bulk ferment for 8-hours, cold ferment for 12-hours, and then bake. The long fermentation times breaks down gluten in the bread helping to reduce digestive trouble, including for those who are gluten sensitive.
